Payment is due when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
We understand that unexpected illness means unexpected expenses, and are able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit or ScratchPay programs. It takes just five minutes to complete an application and will allow you to pay with CareCredit or ScratchPay at future appointments as well.
You can apply at our hospital for immediate approval, or apply for CareCredit yourself online. Some customers also choose to enroll in pet insurance. Find more info on our client resources page.
